Soy Egg Rice

“Very reliable, easy, and it puts you at ease.”

Recipe:

  • 2 eggs

  • Two servings of sushi rice

  • Sesame oil

  • Ketchup

  • Sriracha

  • Soy Sauce

Ingredients:

  • First, start with the rice. Wash and rinse the rice until the water is clean and translucent.

  • Put the rice in a pot, cover it with water, and cook until soft but not mushy.

  • Fry the eggs in a pan with a tablespoon of oil on high heat until the bottom is crispy.

  • To serve, put the rice in bowls first, then, the fried eggs on top.

  • Drizzle some sesame oil and soy sauce. Ketchup and sriracha are optional but recommended.

  • Mix everything together and enjoy.
