I love singing and food, so I love trying out new dishes and recently I’ve come to enjoy documenting what I eat daily. A fun fact about me is that I am allergic to alcohol.”

2 eggs
Two servings of sushi rice
Sesame oil

First, start with the rice. Wash and rinse the rice until the water is clean and translucent.
Put the rice in a pot, cover it with water, and cook until soft but not mushy.
Fry the eggs in a pan with a tablespoon of oil on high heat until the bottom is crispy.
To serve, put the rice in bowls first, then, the fried eggs on top.
